Tampering with the confirmation to alter the room rate, categories, dates, no of guests, inclusions and any other reservation information are strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.

Cancellation before 30 days - no retention
Cancellation between 15 days - 30 days : 50% retention on the booking amount.
Cancellation between 3 days – 15 days : 75% retention on the booking amount.
Cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to arrival: 100% retention on booking amount.
